Another Denver meet...another long drive to get there. My 8-year old son accompanied me and was a real champ despite being bored to death. My fiance/filmographer showed up after the 50 fly with my daughter (11) and future step-daughter (6) (They were bored too). Apparently, the only thing that excited them was getting back to the hotel to watch the disney channel.

Results (as I remember them...they're not posted yet)

50 FL: 26.10 (-0.69)
100 FL: 1:00.?
50 BR: 31.1 (-0.4)
100 IM: 1:05.?
50 FR: 24.1 (-0.3)

*Differential shows improvement from one month ago.

This was an afternoon meet and I left myself WAY too much to do in the morning. I had to take care of some business at the bank and have tires put on my car while managing 3 kids. I left FC at 1:00, checked into the hotel at 2:15 and arrived at the pool at 3:00 sharp.

With two meets under my belt, I think I have a baseline from which I can:

1. Extract some lessons.
2. Set some goals.
