Mega scattered thunderstorms with lightening and hard rain kept me out of the pool all day until late afternoon. I was able to get in 45 minutes of basic recovery swimming. LCM was not an option as the USAS clubs start up there 4pm, so it was SCY in the diving pool. I tried out my new Finis Bolster paddles, and first impression is they are excellent for reinforcing EVF technique.
