I still had the lovely burning in my sinus' but generally felt much better today. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and have been taking sudafed to cut down on my congestion. Tonight I decided to go to the pool and get my heart rate up a little. I felt pretty good.

I planned on going one on 55 but decided to not push it and stopped here

Warm down
