Swam w/ Dave, Sam and Carlile. No storms this morning so practice went off at the normal time. Feeling OK today but I'm tired and my sinuses are still reeling from all the backstroke yesterday.

* 300 Pull - 3:30 (made 3:25s at first and eventually got down to 3:18)
* 50 Easy - 2:00
* 100 IM Kick - 2:00
* 100 Stroke - 1:30
* 50 Easy - 2:00
