2 x 100 backstroke kick @ 1:10 (1:00, 1:05, too fast on first one)

Another short rest day at Sewickley. Jimby is very proud of me for actually doing the sets. I must admit it feels very odd. I felt like I was coming down with another nasty summer cold Sunday night and felt pretty crappy in practice. Better today though.
