100 scull w/ snorkel
8x50 @ 1:00 3/3/3 drill w/ strapless paddles
Coming down with some sort of upper respiratory infection and had to cut my workout short to get to the weight room to make sure all our girls showed up at 5:50 for the first day of weights.
