Fast Food Makes for Fast Swimming!

Nothing too special today...mainly a leg workout of sorts. I've been staying late at work lately, learning more about the machinery and the making of the components for them, but the longer hours are draining on my body. The OT on the upcoming check will probably make up for it though.

400 Free Pull, attempt to get faster on each 100 (without killing my lap swim lanemate) I didn't happen to check time, but I'd guess I was under 4:45.

10 x 25 Odds Fly Fast, Evens Free EZ @ :30

    Unfortunately, I am working late tonight and pools close at 10PM around these parts. Jacksonville doesn't seem like a great training town. Tomorrow might be a wash too. Well, I have to Friday to Sunday to get back on track.

    My swim wasn't exactly a training swim today, more of a relaxation swim to stretch out my muscles after working till after 1:00am, and 2:00am the night before that! I took off at my normal time tonight (11:00pm), and now I can't fall asleep!! Hopefully I'll be able to get over the 3,000 yard barrier tomorrow, but it's tough to do mentally on my own.
