Very brief workout to start my pre-meet hypoxic block training

12 x 25 on 2:00 free, DFS, no breathers at about 94% effort
  • 15 spl, 14H - 15 seconds



Need to work the DPS on next recovery day

Been stretching alot and hitting weights at least 4X a week. Also resting well

just under 164lbs, heaviest I've been in years
