8 x 125 pull @ 1:50, desc 1-4, 5-8
200 easy
8 x 200 free @ 2:40, last (fast) one w/in 12 sec of best time (did low 20's)
100 easy
4 x 25 4 cycle speed play @ :30
100 easy
4 x 300 breast free
300 easy
Total: 5300
