After a long rest

Week 59 - Thursday

I have had a few very long days with work and my late night meeting and dinner last night meant I only had about 5 hours of sleep. As a result I was very tired this morning. I feel quite run down generally and have a cold sore coming on my top lip. Despite feeling run down it was still good to swim.

Warm up
10x100 with snorkel on 1.20

Main set
4x(4x25 afap on 30, 6x50 on 30, 100 easy on 1.30)
8x200 pull smooth and long on 2.30

Warm down
400 easy

Total 5000scy

I went 13s on the 25s. The 50s were tough and I held 29s on the 50s. I had a challenge turning around and going on 30 and it ended up being more like 31 send offs. I held 1.05 pace on the 200s.
