I had planned a recovery workout today. But I had Fort Son with me (dropped him at the gym) and he wanted a longer workout. So I decided to try a third day with some speed in a row. I've been doing lots of broken 75s and 100s, so decided just do do some blast 25s with mega rest. I was pleasantly surprised with the time -- I even saw a glimpse of 9s on all my 25 frees. Unfortunately, Pitt is closed for rec swim Wed-Sun. Masters still have practice on Wed night and Friday am, but no open hours. I'm hoping the Sewickley Y is only closed on Thursday.
