10x50 @ :50 25 under H2O kick/25 swim w/ fins

10x50 @ :50 FR swim w/ fins 2 breaths max

1000 pull w/ buoy + paddles + snorkel "L.A. Freeway" (5-7 people swim in a line, last person sprints to front each 50)

    Lucky dog. We don't go back to Long Course until after the kids are done with high school meets this spring.
