300 swim (100 FR/50 BK)
4x75 @ 1:30 k/dr/under H2O w/ fins
4x100 @ 1:20 AE pull w/ buoy + paddles + snorkel
8x25 @ :30 V.S.
4x50 @ 1:00 AE FR kick w/ board
Only had time to swim for about 45 minutes today so I couldn't get much of a workout in. Hoping to train with the club team tomorrow instead of having to swim by myself!
