It ended up being a crowded day at the Y pool today. They had 1 lane for water walkers, 2 lanes for lap swim, and the other 3 area for public swim. By 2:00 there were so many public swim folks that they asked us to combine down to 1 lane for lap swimmers. There were only 3, so we did have a lot of real estate taken up in the scheme of things. I was basically done at that point anyway, so no big deal.

The 3rd set of the pyramid was a bit tough in my current state of conditioning, but it was good for me. I remember back to college days doing the pyramids to 200 and back down with in interval of Base :20 + :15 per. That's 1:05 for the 100, and 2:05 for the 200 interval!! Really got tough adding every step along the way. YIKES now! Back then, it was good for me!
