I stayed out of the pool Monday and Tuesday. Today was just an easy, short swim. Was going to swim in the outdoor pool but the air temp was in the low 30's and even though the water is in the low 80's I chose to swim indoors.

Warmup
300 free
200 flutter kick w/board
200 pull w/p&b

Main set
5 x 100 free on 1:50, focused on maintaining 16 SPL through the set, swim times around 1:20-22.
100 kick w/board

5 x 100 free on 2:00, focused on maintaining 15 SPL through the set, swim times around 1:20-22.
100 kick w/board

Cool down
4 x 100 easy, alternated free and back

Total: 2300 yards
