Pushed too hard today

Started with my normal workout but then the guards we redoing their 1 hour swim and I did it too to a point.
I set my heart rate up too high and have been resting since this 6000 yard workout.
500 free kick w/zoomers
10x200@3:00 free w/paddles & bouy
300 breast kick w/br fins
Now started the big swim
100 back EZ
Total 6000 yards
Main problem today was due to my pH level being off once corrected felt much better
