Just when we lap swimmers thought we would have more lanes since SCAD left for Nationals, the tri team spread out. Had to deal with the flotilla of fins next to me, YUCK.

500 free kick w/zoomers

2 times thru w/paddles
200@3:30 as 100 free/100 back went 3:03 and 3:00
2x100@1:45 as 50 free/50 back went 1:32,1:30, 1:27, 1:27
4x50@1:00 as 25 free/25 back went 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 43, 43

10x50@1:00 streamline kick on back w/zoomers went 47,49,47,47,47,46,46,45,43,43
