Mixing it up this year

I am starting the repair process on my muscles they don't seem to hurt as much, nor my elbows. That is thanks to not swimming as hard with paddles. The back is still a pain but that is a different issue.

Did not feel particularly fast today. My back stroke felt slow and sluggish, kick was lack luster. Freestyle felt decent. The fly felt comfortable but was having an issue with my left leg spasms.
