Taper Day 5....sprint?

I don't do sprints well so doing this is weird. But then again this is the reason I tend to loose weight during a taper. Speed work in short bursts works.
Ok here is a question- tomorrow is a USA meet I am swimming 50 fly and 200 fly, I should qualify for finals for both events. I am 2 weeks out from Y Nationals should I swim finals or not? all opinions welcome.
