I swam at RB this morning, sharing a lane with Hannah, Rondi, and John, and various other random people. I was feeling draggy and a little out of sorts, but made it through the following pwb workout:

Warmup:
4 x 300 @ 5:30
8 x 100 @ 2:10, odds IM swim, evens FL/BK kick

12 x 150, done as 4x thru

  • 50 st /50 fr /50 st @ 2:45
  • 150 free @ 2:30
  • 50 fr / 50 st / 50 fr @ 2:45,

with ST=IM order by round
4 x 50 FR pull @ 1:00

4 x 200, odds = IM, evens = FR pull [3:23, 3:25 on IMs]

300 warmdown + play

Looking forward to some beach time this weekend!
