Still under the weather with this never ending malaise. Exercise really makes the hacking worse. At least I got in a few AFAP efforts today. I still have very little energy. If I'm not significantly better in a couple days, I'm going to start worrying about my fitness for the Buffalo meet.

    Do you have an inhaler? I had the same thing for 6 weeks..and properly using my inhaler helped a lot plus the antibiotics.
    i hope you are gettng better quicker!

    Yes, I've been trying to use it a lot. I know sometimes coughs can hang on for weeks. I'd really like to stop at 2 ... if it's 6 weeks, I'll go nuts. No idea how you survived, but glad you are better now!
