Mixing it up this year

Sprint Day? What is that?

If this was a sprint day it was not good by any stretch of the imagination. I just can't seem to get moving at that kind of speed. But I will keep trying.

Did 20 minutes weight lifting yesterday and did not use paddles at all today.
