Once again I had a bad back day and needed a good dose of butterfly.

500 free
500 free kick w/zoomers
200 torque drill w/paddles

5x200@5:00 fly as 50 rt arm/50 lt arm/50 kick/50 swim w/monofin push the swim went 3:57, 3:31, 3:24, 3:21, 3:10 the swim with the monofin felt great

300 free w/snorkle
300 free kick w/zoomers

Total 2800 meters

    How in the world does butterfly help your back? OMG, when my back hurts, I avoid the fly. I currently have some lumbar pain, and flip turns are killing me.

    Mine is all muscle problems fly loosens up my back nicely.
