The water was 85 degrees today but it was good to be back in the water.

The temperature kept me swimming on the slower side but did get one good set in.

5x200@3 free w/paddles & buoy descend 1-5 went 2:53, 2:50, 2:45, 2:39, 2:34
500 breast kick w/br fins
8x25@:15RI breast pull w/paddles and flutter kick
8x25@:15RI breast pull w/zoomers

5x100@2 free w/snorkel held 1:30's
500 free kick w/zoomers

Total 4000 yards
