Week 93 - Monday

I had a good relaxing day yesterday and had an early night. Despite this I was physically tired this morning and felt quite sluggish in the pool; by no means was I slow but everything seemed to drag on today and everything took more effort than usual. i guess I would not really expect to feel any different after last week.

Warm up
400 free with snorkel
6x50 catchup drill on :50

Main sets
10x200 pull on 3mins
12x50 drill swim by 25 on 1min
6x100 kick on 2mins
8x25 AFAP on :40

Total 4100LCM

i was holding 2:21-2:23s on the 200s. The 100s kick in particular I felt really tired. I finally got going on the 25s and actually felt pretty decent.

After practice Tom told me he wants me to do 30mins dryland Monday,Wednesday and Saturday this week consisting of 15mins abs and 15mins vasa swim trainer followed by 800 easy swim so I guess I will be back at the pool tonight.
