RC/scap ex
wood chops on cable machine, 30 x 3 x 8 each side
deadlifts, 85 x 4 x 8
explosive leg extensions, 105 x 3 x 15
kneeling ab crunches, 15 x 4 x 8
cable twist w/yoga ball, 30 x 3 x 8 each side
hip abductors, 100 x 4 x 6
overhead squats, 45 x 3 x 8

-- skipped any upper body isolation exercises bc of shoulder


Swim/SCY/Solo:

Did a short swim before coaching at Pitt. 1800, mostly easy except for a few 25s flys at 100 pace working on a long stroke.

Thursday: Swim/SCY/Solo @ Pitt

I should have saved myself the drive today. This was my 11th day in a row of working out. I couldn't shake the blahs in warm up and when I tried to turn in on, I had nothing. So I had sort of an unscheduled day off with only 1400. Hopefully, I'll be ready to go tomorrow.
