Well, packing it in early yesterday was a good idea, as I felt much better today and got in a solid workout. Pitt is now closed until Aug. 25, so I am going to have to start making the trek to North Park. I may just swim at the Mt. Lebo pool too some, as it is so much more convenient.

There was an interesting article is the WSJ about sleep. I hadn't thought sleeping more than 7-8 hour was bad, but this suggests it may be. http://online.wsj.com/articles/sleep...eep-1405984970.
