After a long rest

Week 99 - Tuesday

I went to bed early last night and had a good nights sleep until 3am at which time I woke up and could not go back to sleep. I felt good when I woke up. Today's workout was good but I have a little discomfort in my left shoulder. This is the same pain and discomfort I have had for a few months and managed with ice. I guess I am probably at the point in the season I should get it checked out.

i was holding 1:05 pace throughout the 100s main set. Despite the discomfort in my left shoulder I am starting to get the feel for the water again. I iced my shoulder after practice today.
