I was pretty beat today from yesterday's dryland double. I knew almost right away that I wouldn't be doing any AFAP work. The shoulders and quads were too fatigued. It's almost always a mistake for me to stay in the gym more than 60 minutes, and I think I was there for almost 90 yesterday ... I need to book a massage, haven't had once in ages and ages.
