300 free w/paddles & bouy

12x50@1:00 free as 25 drill/25 swim
8x100@1:50 free as 25 rt arm/25 lt arm/ 50 swim w/paddles & bouy this was hard to make the interval
12x25@:30 free
200 free EZ

Total 3000 meters
