New Year...New Goals

Back in the pool after 4 weeks off...

My first blog post...YAY!

The only thing wrong with me (swimming related) is moderate tendonitis in my right shoulder. That's it. Great news, so I'm getting back in the pool.

Short post double spin class swim (SCM and HOT):

500 warm up (typical 200 free, 100 back, 50 free, 100 breast, 50 free)
4 x 100 on 2:00 (IM, back, breast, free)
4 x 25 free on :45 no breath
100 warm down

1,100 meters total

It wasn't awful, slightly painful in the right shoulder, but PT will start next week. Hope to be back to 100% by zones since I'll miss Albatross because it is the same day as my marathon.

    Yes, becuase after two spin classes, I could move my legs! Swimming doesn't completely suck right now, my legs are stronger from all the biking and running Long run tomorrow and I mailed my entry for Rutgers today! No making fun of my seed times, I really made them slow!

    Sun- 100 bk, 100 IM

    Looking forward to seeing what happnes on 3 weeks of training! Gotta get in a long run at some point, maybe sunday morning while all the 400 IMs and other events are going on!
