I swam with Greg, with Meg, Beth and Jim doing the workout on their own. Matt was doing his own workout as did Lena and Peggi. [I helped these last two with breathing last week and they are making great strides with swimming full freestyle. I'm really proud of my wife ]

We enjoyed a short trip to Philly over the weekend to visit with my daughter. No swimming for me but that was just fine - it was great to have the family together for a bit and checking out some new things in and around the city.
