I was able to participate in today's special music at Chapel for the college - played drums during a bluegrass set. I have also been finishing up on a paper and presentation for my class on Thursday.

Tonight's swim with the team:

200 swim/100 kick/200 pull (did 700 swim/pull)

filming 50's (I did 50)
