I prefer the lift then swim because I don't like the chlorine smell and that sweaty like a pig feeling when I lift. I like to lift and sweat like a pig and then, cool off in the pool. Yet, it is kind of hard at my Y since the pool is so warm.

I like knowing I am really warmed up to lift and going in straight to the "work." Weights are the most boring unimaginative form of exercise there is (IMHO) so not having to do warm up sets is a plus.
