1000 yards focusing on stroke and turns and pushing off really hard. 200 backstroke 300 breastroke 5 x 100 on 1:30 kick with fins 200 drills 100 IM 100 free 12 x 25 on 30 sec (did 18-20) 300 cool down Made my 3000 yard mark. That's all.
