6 x 50 on :20sr (kick-swim, swim-kick)
6 x 25 on :10sr (choice - 80% effort)
1 x 300 pull (breathe only to the windows)
1 x 200 (k-p by 50)
10 x 25 on :45 (odds choice, evens fast free)
100 loosen and out
