Warmup - 3 min rowing, stretch, PVC drills

Skill -
a) Overhead Squat - 95/3, 135/3, 155/3, 175/3, 190/3, 205/3
//In flats, didn't feel like putting on the weightlifting shoes today.
b) Turkish Getup - 26/2 per side
//Not coordinated at all, woof.

Conditioning -
3 Rounds
