Clean & Jerk - 135#/2, 185/1, 205/1, 225/1, 245/1, 255/1

Deadlift - 135/3, 225/3, 313/2, 363/1, 413/1

//Legs are pretty dead today - between sprinting thrusters Wednesday, sprinting Thursday and lots of repetitions Friday, I need a rest day tomorrow!
