Skill - EMOM 12
Odd - 4 ring muscleups
Even - 8 dynamic pushups building up to (1) 45#, (1) 35#, (3) 25#, (1) 10# plate on each side.

Conditioning -
4x500m row, 2:00 rest interval
1:39/1:40/1:40/1:39
