3 sec pause back squat

11/18/17 CrossFit Workout

Warmup - jogging, stretching, plyos

Strength -
Good Morning - 95/8, 135/8, 155/8, 175/8
Wall Walks - 3x3 10 sec hold at top

Conditioning - Partner workout, both run, break up DB movements however (ea did half, me at 50#)

3x(50 1-arm swings, 50 1-arm PP, 50 goblet squats, 50 1-arm hang SDHP)
