Now getting ready for our 3 hour Monday night meet ... It will be interesting to see how many incorrect backstroke turn DQs there are.

I need to get myself signed up for Nationals and Junior Champs. Trying to decide what to swim, and whether to attempt the 100 fly, at the latter.

    Have you started "catching up" on rest?
    How's Mr. Fort's calf?
    What did you eat today? I like to read your food journal, it sort of shames me into trying to do better. It reminds me of good things I need to eat too. (flax seeds, walnuts, things like that!)

    I did get more sleep last night. Still up way too late. That's what happens ... If I'm up late a few nights in a row, my body adjusts and won't go to sleep earlier. But I slept in some.

    Mr. Fort's calf is OK ... we'll see how his mood holds out. When you run 365 days a year and then can't (as you know), it's difficult ...

    I have to get back to logging the food daily. I've been racing around so much, I can't remember that well what I've been eating. I missed dinner b/c I was stroke & turning at a summer league meet and, despite eating a big salad, I'm still starving. So I'm going to rummage for more food!
