Tuesday 1/2/2018 CrossFit Workout

Warmup- 3x(250m row, 5 burpees, 10 situps, 15 squats), stretching

Strength - A) Bench Press - 45/8, 135/5, 150/5, 165/15, 150/10,10,10
B) DB Bent Row - 45#/10,10,10 each arm

Conditioning -
1x(21 power clean 135, 21 box jump overs, 21 cal row)
2x(15 power clean 135, 15 box jump overs, 15 cal row)
3x(9 power clean 135, 9 box jump overs, 9 cal row)
