  • managed to push just under 15 on most of these

drylands treadmill

2 x 2:00 fast / 1:00 walk
fasts: 8.5 mph, 8.5 mph @ 3%



Trying to relearn how to sprint. My shoulders are holding up, but both feel fragile. Back is improving.
