Warmup - stretching, pullup warmup, core work

Skill - Muscleup progressions - Toe support controlled MUs, ring to hip ring rows, kip swings, support holds

Conditioning -
5 Rounds
15 WB shots
15 RKBS 70#
One arm farmers carry 70# 60m ea arm

Lots of grip stuff, my hands are feeling it now!
