100 swim free

200 IM drill

300 pull breathe 3/5 by 50

400 kick w/fins, odd 25s faster than the even 25s
(used zoomers, did this as 1st & 3rd 100 with board, the other 2 on my back in streamline, #3 flutter, #4 dolphin)

5 x 100 back swim on 2:00, work on underwaters and on keeping the catch nice and deep
(I worked these a bit, swam them all around 1:35-37. It was only a couple years ago that I was doing free slower than this.)

400 reverse IM alt. kick/swim by 25

6 x 50 pull choice on 1 descend 1-3, 4-6 to about 80-85% effort
(used buoy only, 1st round free went :45-:40, 2nd round back went :48-:45)

12 x 25 on 40 choice: alt. 1 easy, 1 build, 1 at about 85%
(did 1-3 fly, & 7-9 back, 4-6 and 10-12 free)

swim down 200 easy choice
