Warmup - yardwork, stretch, barbell warmup

Snatch - 95/2, 135/2, 155/2, 175/2, 185/2x5

Barbell squat jumps - 95/6x5

Knee jumps up to 15"/3

Body still feels kind of in a funk. Will see how swimming feels tomorrow morning.
