Monday AM solo swim @ Sendero

thankfully the storms held off until later in the morning so the pool was open today. there were 5 of us at various points for lap swim. I swam right up until 7am, when the kids were starting to get in the water.

my times for the 600s were't too bad; the last was 8:22. 9 min gives plenty of rest, enough to recover a bit in between.

the rain came back in full force after I swam. I had enough of a break to take the dogs out for walks. then I got out for a walk, was a mile from home when I got caught in a downpour. was completely drenched by the time I got home.
