Warmup - 2 min assault bike, plyos, barbell warmup

Strength - A1) Bench Press - 45/8, 95/8, 135/8, 155/8, 175/6, 185/4
A2) Good Morning - 95/6, 115/6, 135/6, 155/6
//Was supposed to be a set of 2 on the bench but skipped because my shoulder is a little buggy at the moment.
