July 8th Fly/Back

Apparently, I am acting like a triathlete and have succeeded in making it to the pool twice already this week. And NOW, I'm going to blog about my workout!
I am only about a third of the way through that thread and I am enjoying it.
11:30 to 12:30 at the Röthelheim indoor pool (LCM).

Warmup:
100 free 50 dr/50 swim
100 flutter kick on back
100 fly 50 dr/50 k
100 bk 50 dr/50 k
4x50 free descend on 1:00

Main Set:
Twice through:
50 fly on 1:15 - :49, :55
100 free on 2:00 recovery
50 back on 1:15 - 1:01, :58
100 free on 2:00 recovery

Four times through:
100 50 fl/50 bk on 2:15 - 2:00, 1:58, 2:05, 1:59
100 free on 2:00 - 2:00, 1:55, 1:50, 1:41

Warmdown:
200 easy free

Notes:
Fly felt awful as usual, but toward the end, I started to get the timing down and it felt like I was actually cruising through the water. There was a woman in the lane next to me doing backstroke and beating the tar out of me. There was a guy in the other lane next to me wearing board shorts and giant goggles who I couldn't keep up with even when I was trying to push myself! Oh well.
