Still on the slow road to feeling better. I opted not to the the one hour swim tonight and will miss the deadline for the postal entry this year, but will get it done sometime next month.

6 x 75 k-s-p on 1:30 (did 8 on 1:15)
1 x 300 pull - rotation focus (did 400)
12 x 25 on :30 (odds fast, even ez)
5 x 50 warmdown
